Refund policy

An order can be cancelled and refunded in full any time before it reaches the approval stage.

Once fulfilment has begun, cancellation is not possible given the nature of the service.

If we make a mistake in fulfilment, we make it right — either by carrying it out again or by refunding you in full.

Refunds are processed within 3 to 10 working days, depending on the payment method.
